I started the program in November of 2004. After enduring the holidays, by March 1, 2005 I had lost 32 pounds; and, I have maintained that reduced weight through this writing (10/31/2005). I plan to lose another 20 pounds by March of 2006. I will use the Recipe for Lean program to accomplish my new weight loss goal and to maintain this new desired weight range of 200 to 205 pounds.

I started about Valentines day 2004 at 186, buy utilizing the recipes on this program, and strictly following the instructions by Labor day I had lost almost 60 pounds. I will be lean and trim for the rest of my life using this program
